KEY WEST. The "Kelly" of Kelly's Caribbean is actress Kelly McGillis of "Top Gun" fame. She and her husband own several restaurants in Key West including this spot, which occupies the former headquarters of Pan Am Airways. House specialties include jerk chicken, coconut shrimp and chicken fettuccini. Kelly herself invented many of the sauces used. Sample some of the excellent homebrewed beers. Bocks, wheat beers and a variety of ales are always on the menu. For dessert, don't miss trying the Key Lime pie. Casual to smart-casual attire. Reservations accepted.

KEY WEST. This Duval Street spot is as popular for its sangria and well-placed patio as it is for the "Floribbian" cuisine. The conch fritters are an excellent starter, or try the lobster dumplings with Key lime sauce. Cuban coffee pork is a tenderloin rubbed with flavorful coffee beans and roasted. The house special is gulf shrimp served with mango barbecue sauce and a side of roasted corn salsa. Smart-casual attire. Reservations suggested for groups.
